At Fusion Gaming Online, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into your Fusion Gaming account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all manuals, cables, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
